Cadillac Fairview Plus

CF Plus is a loyalty program for CF Sherway Gardens (scalable to other CF malls) that rewards customers for attending the rotating seasonal events hosted at the mall. It utilizes physical point cards that allow customers to earn points for every dollar they spend at the mall during the events, as well as participation in event activities. The points can be redeemed for rewards such as discounts on future purchases, free parking, and other perks.

The program is designed to be simple and easy to use, turning the, currently low-traffic, mall into a go-to destination for events and a future hub for new Canadians moving into its adjacent planned developments. A mobile app was originally intended for the program, but was later scrapped in favour of a more accessible solution that accommodates for the older demographics of the target audience.
